Ashtons advise on MBO of Bingham Hall Associates

Ashtons Legal has recently advised the management team on a successful management buyout of BHA Consulting Limited, the Attleborough-based Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering Consultancy business formerly trading as Bingham Hall Associates.

BHA Consulting Ltd are a Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering Consultancy providing professional services to landowners, developers, local authorities, government agencies, insurance companies, contractors, water companies, housebuilders and private clients. Andrew Bingham founded the company in 1997 and has sold the business to Directors Kay Elvy and Andy Westby both of whom have been with the company for some time.

The Ashtons Legal team was led by Corporate advisors Mark Watson and James Tarling, assisted by Employment Solicitor Jessica Piper.

Looking forward, Kay and Andy are planning to continue the development and expansion the business.The business is currently undergoing a re-brand to modernise its trading identity, which will see the business reverting from Bingham Hall Associates back to its original trading name of BHA Consulting Ltd.
