Another enhanced benefit announced at Ashtons Legal

As part of our aim to become an Employer of Choice, Ashtons Legal have just announced and implemented a new maternity, paternity and adoption leave policy. The new policy will see the firm up with the top 12 firms in the legal sector offering enhanced rights in these areas to eligible staff.
HR Director, Antony Sloan says: “We are constantly looking at improving our benefits package in line with our drive to become an Employer of Choice. Hot on the heels of the PTO policy, the new maternity, paternity and adoption leave policy further strengthens our commitment to our staff and ensures our benefits meet the needs of our employees.”
