Acquisition of Brandon Park Care Home

Ashtons Legal Solicitors has advised the owners of Stowlangtoft Healthcare LLP in its acquisition of the business and assets of Brandon Park Care Home near Thetford from BUPA. Brandon Park is set in the Brandon Country Park with a capacity to accommodate 55 residents. The business will complement the existing care home at Stowlangtoft Hall. 

Geoff Hazlewood, a partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Team led the transaction, assisted by Ron Clare, a partner in the Commercial Property Team and Abi Adams assisting on employment matters.
