£200,000 for severely injured car passenger

Richard Foyster, a serious injury claim specialist at Ashtons Legal, has obtained £200,000 for 56-year-old Derbyshire woman Ms T who suffered a range of injuries when the car in which she was travelling was in a collision with another vehicle.

Ms T’s head, spine and vision were all affected and her injuries caused her significant difficulties both at home and at work. She had recently started a new self-employed business and was only able to carry this on after the incident with significant adaptations and help from others.
