Over £240,000 settlement obtained for mesothelioma sufferer

Sylvia Phillips, an asbestos-disease claim specialist at Ashtons Legal, has recently obtained a substantial injury settlement for a Norwich man who was diagnosed with mesothelioma many years after being exposed to asbestos dust at work.

Mr C was a carpenter whose asbestos exposure occurred over a period of several years when he was working on buildings in and around Norwich, including an RAF site.
