£95,000 obtained for injured car passenger

Nick Peake, a personal injury specialist at Ashtons Legal, has obtained a £95,000 settlement for Mrs N after she suffered a range of injuries as the result of a road collision in the Midlands.

Mrs N was injured when the car in which she was a passenger was hit by another vehicle which came out of a side road without checking properly that there was nothing coming. The driver of the other vehicle was later convicted of both driving while over the legal limit for alcohol and of driving without due care and attention.

Mrs N’s injuries included whiplash, several bone fractures and psychological symptoms.
