£120,000 injury settlement obtained for man who lost his sense of smell and taste

Kerry Jones, a personal injury claim specialist at Ashtons Legal, has succeeded in obtaining a settlement of £120,000 for Mr H, after he was injured in a road collision.

Mr H’s car was hit from behind by another vehicle when he was stationary at a junction.  He hit his head on the steering wheel and suffered several injuries from which he recovered, including a shoulder injury and a broken nose.  However, he has permanently lost his sense of taste and smell which resulted in him having to change his job after the accident. He also has psychological injuries.
