Ashtons Legal creates 21 senior associate roles
Ashtons Legal is proud to announce that 21 associates from across the firm have been promoted to new senior associate roles. The new senior associates will work alongside the firm’s 34 partners and 13 associates.
This new team has been created in recognition of the diverse range of associates in our business – some of whom are considered to be operating nearer to partner standards. Others have only just been made associates. The new senior associates are divided across all of the firm’s disciplines and are based in all of the firm’s five offices.
From our Trusts and Tax team, the new senior associate is Gillian Brasher. In Disputes, it is Nigel Maguire and from the Court of Protection team, the new senior associates are Debbie Holmes and Paul Humphries. Personal Injury now has three, those being Nick Peake, Tom Ranson and Ben Ward. From Commercial Property the new senior associates are Rhian Brook, and Charlotte Vallins. Lifetime Planning welcome Christina Duck, Louise Cardwell and Janette Wand to their new roles. Corporate and Commercial also welcome a senior associate in Mark Watson.
Ashtons’ CEO Ed O’Rourke says: “Following a review of our internal leadership programme and in particular our Leading Effective Teams course, we recognised that there were a number of existing associates already operating at a high level so we, therefore, took a decision to promote them to the new senior associate role with immediate effect”.
Ed adds: “I would like to congratulate all our new senior associates on this achievement, which is richly deserved”.
