Ashtons Legal converts to an LLP

With effect from 1 April 2023, the business of Ashtons Legal is operated by Ashtons Legal LLP, a limited liability partnership (LLP) registered in England and Wales with registration number OC445631. The reason for the change is to allow Ashtons to operate through a more modern business structure to allow for future growth and development.

This change to LLP status does not affect the delivery or quality of service that Ashtons provides, with all current work being undertaken by the same team of specialists. All Ashtons’ employees and partners have been transferred to the LLP, and all phone numbers, email addresses and other contact details remain the same. The bank account name has changed to Ashtons Legal LLP, and the bank account number and sort code have also remained the same.

Client data held by Ashtons Legal has been transferred to Ashtons Legal LLP who controls and is responsible for that information. Clients who wish to know how their personal information is used are invited to look at Ashtons’ Privacy Policy.
