Ashtons Legal advise on Management buyout of ARC (Norwich) Limited

Leading regional law firm Ashtons Legal has recently advised the shareholders and management team of ARC (Norwich) Limited, a recruitment consultancy business based in Norwich and Ipswich, on a successful management buyout.

Established in 2008, ARC (Norwich) has sought out and placed candidates across a wide variety of industries, specialising in sectors such as Construction, Maintenance, Healthcare, Industrial as well as many others.

The business, previously led by Chris Ford and Matthew Noake, has been sold to the management team, consisting of Adam Miller, Darren Miller, Abbie Ross, and Josephine Tingle. All of whom have been with the company for some time and will now sit on the board of directors. Chris and Matthew retain significant stakes in the business and will continue to be heavily involved in its management.

The Ashtons Legal team was led by David Sloman, a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team, with input from Ross Strowger, a Partner in our Employment team and James Brighton, a paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial team. Corporate finance advice was provided by Jack Minns and Hannah Rutherford of Larking Gowen.
