Ashtons HR Consulting and Picasso HR join forces

Two of the region’s HR consultancies will join forces from 1 May 2019 to create a larger and stronger Suffolk-based business with clients throughout the region and beyond.

The teams at Picasso HR and Ashtons HR Consulting will merge their operations under the Ashtons HR Consulting Limited banner and will be based in Waterfront House in Ipswich.

The merger is being led by Lina Hogg, founder of Picasso HR, and Antony Sloan, HR Director at Ashtons Legal, who becomes the CEO of the new entity post-merger.

Picasso HR has been operating in the regional HR market since 2000, while Ashtons HR Consultancy was formed much more recently to complement Ashtons Legal’s employment law services for corporate clients.

The newly-merged business will offer a comprehensive service to enable people to enable employers to get the best results from their teams. The many elements of this will include: training and development; employee engagement and retention; conflict management; restructuring and recruitment.

Antony Sloan comments: “This is an exciting move for all who are involved. The combined skills of the consultants in the new business will enable us to provide a wider range of support to existing clients and a strong offering to attract new clients to the business. The consultancy team will be based in Ipswich post-merger, but will be able to use the four Ashtons Legal offices across the region to host client meetings.”
