Ashtons appoint three home grown solicitors
Ashtons Legal is delighted to announce that Tom Beattie and Nathalie Fearnley have qualified as solicitors with the firm following the completion of their training contracts.
Tom and Nathalie undertook a training contract which saw them move around Ashtons’ offices, working in a number of disciplines. Tom and Nathalie had been at the firm a number of years prior to commencing their training contracts.
Upon qualification, all have accepted roles in their chosen fields – Tom has joined the Employment Law department and Nathalie the Family team. Tom is based primarily in Ipswich and Nathalie in Bury St Edmunds.
Ashtons Legal’s CEO James Tarling says: “As an ambitious growing firm, investing in and training the next generation of lawyers is key to us. I am therefore delighted that Tom and Nathalie have completed their training and chosen to stay at Ashtons Legal. We run a variety of training programmes for our future lawyers, including both those with and without university degrees to ensure that we are able to attract the best people regardless of background.”
James adds: “Ashtons’ strategy is to train and develop all employees and support the long-term plans of our staff. We are proud to have supported Tom and Nathalie from the outset and I wish them all well in their future careers with the firm.”
