Ashtons appoints new property partner
Ashtons Legal has appointed Andrew Skuse to join as a partner in the firm taking the total number of partners to 36. They are joined by a further 340 staff across East Anglia.
Andrew specialises in all matters relating to residential property including freehold or leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and remortgages, transfers of equity, deeds of gift, equity release schemes and shared ownership. He will be leading the firm’s residential property teams in Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.
Andrew retrained and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and has worked in regional law firms since such time. Prior to this, he held roles in insurance and latterly for a national charity commencing his legal experience (prior to qualification) practicing immigration law. He also has a Business Management Degree.
Andrew says: “I am delighted to join Ashtons Legal at a time when the residential property market is extremely buoyant. My previous experience means I have worked with a broad range of clients and I am excited to be able to share with them my extensive knowledge of the local and regional property markets.”
