Our Injury Services Group is recognised as a centre of excellence within East Anglia and beyond and has attracted top-tier rankings in both Legal 500 and Chambers for Claimant Personal Injury and Claimant Clinical Negligence work for many years. They are also supported by one of the largest Court of Protection teams in the region.
Who should apply?
We welcome applications from all law and non-law graduates or from other eligible qualification routes.
We are looking to recruit people with good interpersonal skills, natural flair in dealing with people, commercial awareness, and with the ability, desire and drive to help grow our business. We value diverse interests and additional skills such as languages, commercial experience, sporting or community achievements.

Your Training Programme
Trainees are trained to be potential leaders of the future, and we pride ourselves on an excellent training record.
Our training programme includes seats in many of our legal disciplines. Trainees work closely with partners and solicitors in a structured environment and with regular supervisory meetings, mid-seat and end-seat performance reviews.
Development of your skills takes place on-the-job and through the in-house trainee skills programme. These include monthly half-day workshops on a variety of technical and essential skills training topics.
